Squishy Store Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@squishystore.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Buyer pays return shipping. It's not a free return since it costs money to send packages.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@squishysquishies.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Non-defective items, including change of mind or incorrect purchase

All returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: New, unused, and in original packaging
  • Location: United States or Canada
  • Return period: Within 14 days of delivery

2. Exchanges Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. All exchanges follow the same process as returns.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return:

  1. Provide your order number when requesting a return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and go to post office and ship it to our address.
  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Label: Not provided. Buyer pays for the return unless specified.

4. Return Window Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

5. Restocking Fees There are no restocking fees. All approved returns are processed at no additional cost.

6. Refund Timeline Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing time: Up to 14 days from the date the return is received and approved.

7. Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Products with visible wear, damage, or missing parts
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect: A replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost.

9. Policy Confirmation By purchasing from The Squishy Squishies, you acknowledge that this Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

HOW TO RETURN

  2. Ensure your item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Wait for confirmation that your return has been received and inspected.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR MONEY

  • We will inspect the return and notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@squishysquishies.com.
